3. 檢查熱交換器：自拌混凝土攪拌車利用液壓油散熱器來進行降溫。熱交換器上裝有電機驅動風扇進行散熱，讓液壓油正常工作，上面的機械式指針通過檢測管路當中的負壓，如果出現讀數證明液壓油濾清器可能出現堵塞，剛開始出現的時候只需要拔掉上面的橡膠指針歸零，如果后面還出現讀書且拔掉橡膠塞之后還解決不了的話，就需要更換液壓油濾芯了。

5. 檢查散熱器控制盒：散熱控制盒監控和接受溫度傳感其傳遞過來的信號，當溫度數據超過設定值后，自動接通散熱風扇的電路，讓空氣流通降低液壓油的溫度，因此散熱控制盒損壞后，散熱系統就不能正常工作，需要及時更換，一般情況下，散熱器控制盒不容易損壞。
