都知道混凝土攪拌車是運輸混凝土的專用車輛，但行業外的人不明白攪拌車的使用方面內容，那么我們先看看混凝土攪拌車的主要使用特點，掌握以下幾點，想不正確使用都難。

It is known that the concrete mixer is a special vehicle for transporting concrete, but people outside the industry do not understand the use of the mixer. So let's first look at the main use characteristics of the concrete mixer and grasp the following points. It is difficult to use it incorrectly.

1、攪拌車液壓傳動系統液壓油的壓力、油量、油質、油溫應達到規定要求，無滲漏現象。

1. The pressure, oil quantity, oil quality and oil temperature of the hydraulic transmission system of the mixer shall meet the specified requirements without leakage.

2、攪拌運輸中，裝載混凝土量不能超過允許裝載質量。

2. During mixing and transportation, the amount of concrete loaded shall not exceed the allowable loading quality.

3、攪拌車在露天停放時，裝料前應先將攪拌筒反轉，使筒內的積水和雜物排出。裝料前，好先向筒內加水，使進料流暢，防止粘料。

3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to drain the accumulated water and sundries in the drum. Before loading, it is better to add water into the cylinder to ensure smooth feeding and prevent material sticking.

4、攪拌車行駛中，接長的卸料槽須翻轉后固定在卸槽上，再轉至與車身垂直部位，用銷軸與機架固定，防止由于不固定而引起擺動，打傷行人或影響車輛運行。

4. When the mixer is running, the extended discharge chute must be turned over and fixed on the discharge chute, then turned to the position perpendicular to the vehicle body, and fixed with the pin shaft and the frame to prevent swing caused by unfixed, hurting pedestrians or affecting vehicle operation.

5、攪拌車通過橋、洞、庫等設施時，應注意通過高度及寬度，以免發生碰撞事故。特別需要注意的是現在四軸罐車的長度很長，在通過橋洞高度接近限時，長長的車身是下圓弧路面的一道弦，能通過的高度會降低。

5. When the mixer truck passes through bridges, tunnels, warehouses and other facilities, attention shall be paid to the passing height and width to avoid collision accidents. It is particularly important to note that the four axle tank car is very long now. When the height of passing through the bridge opening approaches the limit, the long body is a chord of the lower arc road surface, and the passing height will be reduced.

此外混凝土運輸中通過攪拌筒的緩慢旋轉，可防止防止混凝土初凝及離析，因而能保證混凝土的輸送質量，以后再碰到關注攪拌車的相關問題就能快速解決了。
