混凝土攪拌車的怠速不是一種速度，而是指一種工作狀況。發動機空轉時稱為怠速，即攪拌車檔位為空擋。發動機怠速時的轉速被稱為怠速轉速。怠速轉速可以通過調整風門大小等來調整其高低。怠速即是發動機“出工不出力”。發動機怠速是很費油的。實驗證明發動機怠速1分鐘約等于行駛6公里左右所消耗的燃油。攪拌車發動機怠速值低于或超過規定的范圍，就會出現階段、轉速不穩等現象。如何判斷混凝土攪拌車發動機是否存在怠速的各種問題，又該如何解決呢？

1、混凝土攪拌車發動機怠速不穩怎么辦?

怠速不穩表現為：怠速運轉時，發動機發抖、轉速不均勻。其產生的原因有：怠速空氣量孔堵塞，怠速裝置工作不良，個別缸火花過弱，個別氣門密封不嚴，進氣歧管漏氣，點火時間過早或過遲，怠速調整不當等。

發動機怠速不穩時，首先應調整怠速，如怠速調整后故障仍不能消除，則應檢查怠速量孔與怠速空氣量孔是否堵塞，如量孔堵塞，可用汽油或丙酮清洗并用壓縮空氣吹通；如量孔未堵塞，應將發動機轉速穩定在一定的轉速下，察聽進氣歧管或化油器中、下部襯墊處是否漏氣，如出現漏氣現象，可用緊固螺釘或加、減墊片的方法來排除。
When the idle speed of the engine is unstable, first adjust the idle speed. 工作正常的發動機，應能在300-500r/min的轉速范圍內均勻運轉。如果發動機低穩定轉速超過這個轉速范圍，或在此轉速范圍內發動機出現熄火、轉速不穩，即為無怠速或怠速不良。怠速不良時，可根據其故障特點將其分為怠速熄火、怠速不穩和怠速過高。

調整怠速工作，必須在發動機溫度正常、氣門間隙適當、點火系統情況正常、各管道密封良好、阻風門全開、能夠關閉嚴密等正常狀況下進行。

調整時，首先旋出節氣門開度調整螺釘，使發動機達到低穩定轉速。接著用螺絲刀旋入怠速調整螺釘，當發動機快要熄火時，再緩慢旋出怠速調整螺釘，使發動機穩定運轉并達到高速。然后再將節氣門開度調整螺釘旋出，使發動機的轉速盡可能降到低。然后再調整怠速調整螺釘，使發動機轉速提高。
When adjusting, first screw out the adjusting screw of throttle opening to make the engine reach low and stable speed. Then screw in the idle adjustment screw with a screwdriver. When the engine is about to shut down, slowly screw out the idle adjustment screw to make the engine run stably and reach high speed. 如此反復進行，直到節氣門開度小(接近關閉)，發動機在低穩定轉速下運轉。然后再提高轉速并突然關閉節氣門，以發動機不熄火仍然轉動為宜。
