操縱系統一般有兩種操縱方式：機械式操縱和整體軟軸操縱。

The control system generally has two control modes: mechanical control and integral flexible shaft control.

機械式操縱系統由副車架后臺上機械操作和駕駛室軟軸聯合控制，它由操作手柄、旋轉體、轉軸-搖臂機構、連桿機構、推拉軟軸和油門軟軸組成。

The mechanical control system is jointly controlled by the mechanical operation on the background of the subframe and the flexible shaft of the cab. It is composed of an operating handle, a rotating body, a rotating shaft rocker arm mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism, a push-pull flexible shaft and a throttle flexible shaft.

后臺機械操作系統中設置了機械限位，控制油泵控制閥的行程大小，在機械操作的行程范圍內，操作是靠設置鋼珠與彈簧壓在定位孔上固定的，共分五個擋位，兩個攪拌擋、兩個卸料擋、一個空擋。在擋位間能無級控制攪拌筒的轉速。

The mechanical limit is set in the background mechanical operation system to control the stroke of the oil pump control valve. Within the stroke range of mechanical operation, the operation is fixed by setting the steel ball and spring pressure on the positioning hole. It is divided into five gears, two mixing gears, two unloading gears and one neutral gear. The rotating speed of the mixing drum can be controlled steplessly between gears.

操縱系統主要控制攪拌筒的旋轉方向及轉速。

The control system mainly controls the rotation direction and speed of the mixing drum.

操縱系統能控制攪拌筒的五種工作狀態：

The control system can control five working states of the mixing drum:
全自動攪拌車

進料：攪拌筒正轉，轉速為6～14r/min；

Feeding: the mixing drum rotates forward, and the rotating speed is 6 ~ 14R / min;

攪動：攪拌筒正轉，轉速為0～6r/min；

Stirring: the mixing drum rotates forward, and the rotating speed is 0 ~ 6R / min;

卸料：攪拌筒反轉，轉速為0～6r/min；

Unloading: the mixing drum is reversed, and the rotating speed is 0 ~ 6R / min;

高速卸料：攪拌筒反轉，轉速為6～14r/min；

High speed unloading: the mixing drum is reversed, and the rotating speed is 6 ~ 14R / min;

停止：攪拌筒靜止狀態。

Stop: the mixing drum is in a static state.

整體軟軸式操縱系統是通過副車架后臺上安裝的軟軸控制器，來控制攪拌筒正、反轉和油門，它由軟軸總成、U型卡、調節桿、輔助支座和推拉軸支座組成。

The integral flexible shaft control system controls the forward, reverse and throttle of the mixing drum through the flexible shaft controller installed on the background of the subframe. It is composed of flexible shaft assembly, U-card, adjusting rod, auxiliary support and push-pull shaft support.
